Rapidly becoming a favourite our Corn Mash Whiskey is infused with A Grade Maple Syrup imported from Quebec in Canada. Once the Corn Mash Whiskey is aged we remove it from the 50 litre barrel and then fill the barrel with Syrup. It is then aged for many months so that the syrup is infused with the Syrup, the Syrup is then removed and bottled. The Corn Mash Whiskey is then returned to the barrel where it picks up subtle maple Syrup flavours, left to mature, when ready it is then bottled.
