Hello, I’ve order your vodka a few times as really enjoy it but can I ask if the box be taped as the last box wasn’t & when delivered the bottles nearly fell out. Thank You.

Thanks for letting us know Joan. Not sure how this could happen as when the parcels leave here they are well and truly taped.
If possible and if this should happen again it would be helpful if you are able to take a photo of the box before opening to send us so we can show Australia Post.
